Water Bottle and Snacks
Your child can bring a water bottle filled with water only. Please send it in a sports top (pop-top) water bottle. This helps to minimize spills. Please label your child's water bottle with first and last name, as water bottles will travel with students to lunch and recess.
We will have a snack every day. Children may bring in healthy snacks that require little time to eat, are easy to clean up, and that kids can handle independently while working. Food is fuel, so please make sure your child is putting healthy, powerful brain food in his/her body to maximize learning and energy.
Healthy Snacks:
Fruit (oranges already peeled), veggie slices, crackers, popcorn, applesauce in a squeeze pouch, Goldfish, etc.
Non-healthy/messy/not allowed snacks
Cookies, candy, chips (Doritos, Cheetos, etc,) pudding, fruit cups or applesauce that require a spoon.
